A. We do not have an expensive advertising or marketing campaign to
attract new clients. However, like any business, we are looking
for new clients to continue the growth and development of our
firm. If you have friends, neighbors or associates who you
believe might benefit from our services, we would sincerely
appreciate your referral. Remember, we will treat every
referral you provide with the utmost confidentiality, courtesy
Q. What about your fees?
A. Our fees are based on a number of factors including the time it takes to
complete an assignment, the relative complexity of the task,
along with the expertise or other specialized knowledge
inherent in completing the assignment. Our invoices for
services rendered are presented at the completion of each task
and payment is expected at that time. We accept personal and
business checks and all major credit cards. We will be happy to
discuss other payment arrangements prior to commencing work.
A. We collect financial information about you from documents you
provide, discussions with you and the tax returns or financial
statements we prepare. We are required to keep all information
about you confidential. We will not disclose any information
about you unless we have your approval or are required or
permitted by law. This applies even if you are no longer a
client. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards to protect your information.
