We do not have an extensive advertising or marketing campaign to attract new clients. We also do not spend our time prospecting for new clients. We believe that our time and money are better spent serving the needs of our existing clients. However, like any business, we are looking for new clients to continue the growth and development of our firm.

We believe our best new clients are those that are referred by our best existing clients. In other words, we want more clients just like you!

If you have friends, neighbors or associates who you believe might benefit from our services, we would sincerely appreciate your referral. We will treat every referral you provide with the utmost confidentiality, courtesy and understanding.

Our fees are based on a number of factors including the time it takes to complete an engagement, the relative complexity of the task, along with the expertise or other specialized knowledge inherent in completing the assignment. We believe our fees are very competitive to other providers of similar services in our area. We also believe that our clients expect quality work and therefore we will bill certain services at a premium to our competitors because we believe our work to be superior.

Our invoices for services rendered are presented at the completion of each task and payment is expected at that time. We accept personal and business checks and all major credit cards. We will be happy to discuss other payment arrangements prior to commencing work.

Certain services will require that a formal engagement letter be prepared and signed by the client before starting an assignment. We are happy to discuss our fees at any time for any reason. We want you to be completely satisfied with our services.

We collect your financial details from the documents you share, along with discussions, and tax returns that are prepared for you or your business. We will not share any information about you unless we have your approval or are required or permitted by law. This applies even if you are no longer a client. We are committed to the safe keeping of your confidential information and we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information.
